Colorado's 38th Highest Peak

Mount Bierstadt is another peak known for its proximity to Denver, but lesser known due to its nearby, more popular sister peaks of Evans, Grays, and Torreys. Bierstadt is connected to the ever-popular Mt. Evans via the Sawtooth Ridge, but receives little traffic from the "gasoline climbers". The Sawtooth exposes you to serious fall potential and is an awesome site from Guanella Pass.
